Learnant Platform
Learnant gives each institute a private learning workspace to author courses, enroll learners, and follow study progress. Every organization works in its own Colony Workspace, with server-enforced tenant boundaries.
How Learnant works
-
01 / CREATE A WORKSPACE
An institute starts its colony
An institute administrator creates an organization workspace. New organizations begin with a 14-day trial.
-
02 / BUILD THE SYLLABUS
Create courses and lessons
Admins organize ordered lessons with Markdown, images, video, and mathematical notation.
-
03 / INVITE LEARNERS
Enroll and assign members
Tenant admins add learners individually or by CSV, then assign them to relevant courses.
-
04 / STUDY AND TRACK
Learners follow their path
Learners study assigned lessons, mark work complete, and see their own progress. Admins review progress for their colony.
Workspace roles
| Role | Scope | What they do |
|---|---|---|
| Super Admin | Platform | Oversees organizations and subscriptions, and can reactivate expired trials. |
| Admin | Platform | Manages and monitors organization workspaces. |
| Super Viewer | Platform | Read-only platform-wide visibility. |
| Tenant Admin | One organization | Authors courses, enrolls learners, assigns courses, and reviews progress. |
| Tenant User | One organization | Studies assigned courses and tracks personal progress. |
Production access: Learnant does not provide shared demo or evaluation accounts in production. Organization members are invited by their Tenant Admin; platform administrator accounts are provisioned by the platform operator.
Every query scopes by authenticated tenant. Foreign URL manipulation directly yields HTTP 404/403.
Self-signup initiates a 14-day trial. Expired colonies become read-only with non-destructive preservation.
Minimalist shadcn/ui Sera aesthetic: sharp 0px corners, high typographic contrast, and native theme toggle.
